Key Replacement Policy
Zuken has two scenarios for Key Replacement, Defective Devices
or Lost (or Stolen) Devices. You will see these along with their
procedures outlined below. If you have any questions, please feel
free to contact us immediately. Thank you.
Defective
Device
If
you have a defective security device (hardware key), Zuken will
send a replacement. We will do this, free of any charges, after
we have received the defect key and if your maintenance agreement
is current. Not on maintenance? Fees will apply. In order to
verify your key is defective, please contact your local CADSTAR
Distributor.
Lost
or Stolen Device
Zuken
is not responsible for the replacement of missing (lost or stolen)
security device. Please contact your Local CADSTAR Distributor.
