Z-DAC 2006 is all about providing value to a wide range of audiences, with the introduction of third party training for the engineer and designer level, and the launch of a unique management match making networking event for middle and C-level management.
Recognizing the increasing requirement to understand how to design using FPGA technology, Altera will sponsor a training session on how designs are developed and the different techniques that can be implemented when designing with CPLD/FPGA technology. The IPC and EIPC will also be conducting half-day workshops on materials selection and advanced interconnect (HDI) design with BGA routing for Fine-Pitch & High-I/Os – presented by industry expert, Happy Holden.
The half-day management match making event (M³) has been set up as a prime one to one meeting opportunity for senior individuals within the world of EDA. During this half-day session, attendees will have a series of mini-meetings with senior management level business contacts of their choosing. The 30-minute sessions will provide attendees with the opportunity to network with other senior individuals in organizations. Participation in the speed-dating style event is free of charge to those who register for Z-DAC, for more information visit www.zuken.com/mmm
