DRC Synchronization

Design rule check (DRC) for junctions – pad spacing now uses PAD to VIA spacing in CADSTAR. Previous versions of CADSTAR used PAD to SMD PAD spacing.

This change has been made to synchronize both P.R.Editor and CADSTAR to use the same spacing.
