Outline Width for Copper Shapes

A new option to allow copper shapes to be drawn with an outline width has been added to the Display Properties dialog.

When selected this option will cause all shapes that have an outline width to draw with an outline of the specified width.  The examples below show the display with this option un-ticked and ticked.
