Target For Autorouting

The Target for Autorouting option allows the router to connect to copper of the same signal name and use this as part of the routing pattern, using the copper as a means of completing the route to a component pin. This is also used by the design rules checking when verifying the routing completion.

The setting can be changed in the Item Properties dialog for the template.

The default setting is made in the Copper Pour tab of the Defaults dialog.
