Gate and Pin Swaps on High-Speed Nets

Swapping gates and pins on high-speed nets is now supported. You will no longer see a warning when performing gate and pin swaps that involve high-speed nets and the operation will update attributes automatically to maintain high-speed constraints.

Note: There is one limitation of gate and pin swaps on high-speed nets. As skew groups may only be controlled in P.R.Editor XR HS (after creation), swapping a pin that belongs to a skew group can render the skew group invalid. It is recommended that such pins be swapped in P.R.Editor XR HS.
